Free Workshop for parents/caregivers AND their children five and under.

  • Guided by a teacher, providing parents with new and exciting ways to include children in the meal preparing process.
    • Learn how children who help in the kitchen can builed skill in every developmental area: fine motor, gross motor, problem solving, commhincation, personal-social.
  • Children that are invovled in creating a meal are more likely to ry new foods
  • Snacks provided.
