Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are a powerful tool for increasing worker retention and decreasing employer liability. EAPs are confidential workplace-based services that help your employees and their family-members address personal and workplace challenges. These challenges might include mental health difficulties, personal problems, family issues, substance abuse, marital issues, work-related stresses, or job performance concerns.
In general, EAPs provide employees with counseling, referrals, and other assistance and resources. We excel with professional development and crisis support services. In contrast to many EAP providers, CARE of Southeastern Michigan draws on a deep well of in-house clinical expertise. We don’t sub-contract our 24 hour on-call service and we strictly abide by best-practice standards and evidence-based approaches to public health, well-being, and professional development.
