Adult Anger Management Oct 14th – Dec 2nd, 2025

CARE of Southeastern Michigan offers an in-person eight-week Anger Management workshop for adults.  This class meets court ordered anger management class requirements.

The class costs $150 to attend.

At the end of this workshop you should be able to:

• Understand your anger cycle
• Successfully manage strong emotions, even under stress
• Practice assertive communication for conflict resolution
• Use relaxation techniques to control your anger
