CARE Counseling

Child Counseling

It can be hard to ask for help. And the thought of sharing personal information with a stranger can seem intimidating. Counseling, however, is really an educational experience about yourself and a safe space to talk freely about what is going on in your life.

CARE can connect you to both individual mental health counseling as well as couples or marriage counseling to address a range of problems encountered different stages of our life. The cost of treatment is based on a sliding scale so sessions are affordable and available to anyone.

Almost anyone can benefit from counseling

It can help with a particular problem or relationship. Counseling improves communication skills, fosters greater self-acceptance and self-esteem, helps change negative habits, addresses depression, improves confidence, and much more.

"CARE helped me to find a huge part of who I am. I love everything that I do with them, and I can’t wait to have a career where I get to do that sort of thing every day. That is the reason that I want to be a social worker."
