This group is focused on engaging participants in a beginner yoga practice to improve their mental and spiritual well-being. Yoga in Recovery is facilitated by an instructor that is in long-term recovery and is a certified yoga instructor. Participants will learn new yoga techniques to assist them in their recovery journey.
