POSTPONED: Yoga in Recovery
This group is focused on engaging the participants in a beginner yoga practice to improve mental and spiritual well-being. Yoga in Recovery is facilitated by a person that is in long-term recovery and is a certified yoga instructor. Participants will learn new yoga techniques to help assist them in their recovery journey. Yoga mats are provided if you do not have one.
