POSTPONED: Guided Meditation Group
This group focuses on how to involve basic meditative practices into your recovery. The Guided Meditation Group is an hour session with a discussion about the practice of meditation. The group is led by a person in long-term recovery. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Call Recovery United Center 586.552.1120 for more information.
