DOT for Drivers and Safety-Sensitive Employees

(1 hour training) 9:00 to 10:00 am

Topics covered: Updated Federal regulations, the Substance Abuse Professional role and the SAP evaluation process and the impact of alcohol/drugs on driving and the workplace.

Certificates of completion are presented at the end of the training.

DOT for Supervisors

(2 hour training) 9:00 to 11:00 am

Topics covered: Federal regulations, identification, documentation and constructive confrontation practices.

Certificates of completion are presented at the end of the training.

Cost

$30.00 for employees of a CARE’s WorkLife Solutions Employee Assistance Program contracted company Companies using training hours in lieu of fee, contact Nikkie 586-218-5275.

$55.00 for employees of non-contracted companies
Cost includes DOT handbook for safety-sensitive employees, and certificate of completion

**PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND IS DUE BY: Thursday, January 10, 2019**

Once you register for this training there are no refunds.
If you are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place.

DOT trainings can also be provided at your worksite by request.
