Creating and Maintaining Coalitions and Partnerships
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This presentation will provide guidance for creating and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders in your community. This training helps you determine who should be a part of a collaboration, and understand networking, communications, trust, and developing a shared vision. We will also look at potential pitfalls that are in place that could cause members to no longer participate in coalition work.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:
- Participants will be able to establish and grow community coalition efforts
- Participants will be able to identify ways to maintain collaborative efforts
- Participants will be able to engage others in their coalition and keep them involved over time
