Come join other parents of elementary-age children at this virtual, six-week discussion group for ideas, support, laughter, and encouragement. Discuss ways to understand behavior, build self-esteem, increase cooperation and provide discipline that teaches personal responsibility with an emphasis on the hot topics of School Success and Alcohol, Tobacco, and other drugs. This class runs every Thursday from February 23 to March 30, 6:30-8:30 pm, with sessions that build on each other every week. After the second session, the class is closed to new participants. This is a free class with the book included. Register on this site and call CARE 586-541-2273 to make arrangements to pick up the book.
THIS CLASS IS FULL AND NO LONGER ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS. THE NEXT SERIES OF SCHOOL AGE PARENTING CLASSES WILL START IN APRIL.
