AP School-age parenting class

Join other parents of elementary-age children at this virtual, six-week discussion group for ideas, support, laughter, and encouragement. Discuss ways to understand behavior, build self-esteem, increase cooperation, and provide discipline that teaches personal responsibility, emphasizing the hot topics of School Success and Alcohol, Tobacco, and other drugs. This class runs every Thursday from November 2-December 14, 6:30-8:30 pm, with sessions that build on each other every week. There will be no class on November 23. After the second session, the class is closed to new participants. This is a free class with the book included. Register on this site and call CARE 586-541-2273 to arrange to pick up the book.
