Nurturing and Attachment \n2. Knowledge of Parenting and Youth Development \n3. Parental Resilience \n4. Social Connections \n5. Concrete Supports for Parents \n6. Social and Emotional Competence of Children \n  \nEligibility: \n\nFor families with children ranging in age from prenatal to 19 years old and who are involved with the child-welfare system\, including: having lost custody or parental rights; are court mandated; are being referred by child protective services (CPS)\, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)\, other a private adoption agency; or have custody of their child(ren) less than 50% of the time.\nNew registrants need to be in attendance by second night of class to maintain class enrollment\nAttending 19.5 hours out of 22.5 classroom hours are required to receive a certificate of completion.
