DESCRIPTION:CARE of Southeastern Michigan offers an in-person eight-week Anger Management workshop for adults.  This class meets court ordered anger management class requirements. \nThe class costs $150 to attend. \nAt the end of this workshop you should be able to: \n\nUnderstand your anger cycle\nSuccessfully manage strong emotions\, even under stress\nPractice assertive communication for conflict resolution\nUse relaxation techniques to control your anger\n\nTuesdays 5:30pm-7:00 pm from Oct 14th to Dec 2nd\, 2025. \nRegister by calling 586-541-2273.
