DESCRIPTION:Adolescent Anger Management is a six-week research-based\, trauma informed anger management program for adolescents and parents.\nThe primary goal of the program is to increase positive social skills that enables conflict resolution in a nonviolent manner.\nAdolescents are broken up into three age groups: 9-11\, 12-14\, and 15-18\nParents are required to attend a group that runs simultaneous to the adolescent groups.\nSessions are two hours long.\nLocation – CARE Main Office 31900 Utica Road\, Fraser MI 48026 \nThis program requires attendance at each event during the series.  \nIt is held in person at CARE’s main office

DESCRIPTION:Each year CARE of Southeastern Michigan works with students and families to educate and implement substance use prevention in the lives of the individuals we serve. CARE holds weekly educational workshops and hosts various summer camps for school-aged kids. \nAlternative Spring Break activities help increase resiliency\, self-esteem\, and team building to empower students to be leaders in their communities.
